How To Use Helpdesk

1. To report technical difficulty, first, contact the Motorola System Support Center (SSC) at 1.800.323.9949 and choose option 1.

2. If continued difficulty is experienced, and the SSC advises that system checks are showing an operational status, the SSC will escalate the problem by initiating contact with the Department of Public Safety (DPS)/Georgia State Patrol (GSP) on behalf of the end user/reporter for problem resolution.
